If you know of anyone in the State of Texas that has a family law (divorce, etc.) issue, please have them contact me.
I also offer DO IT YOURSELF family law legal kits (divorce, annulment, paternity, modification, etc.) if I think it will work for your family.
I have found that most on-line kits won't work in Texas. My kit was designed for the Harris County courts with all the state and local forms required. However, my kit will work throughout the State of Texas but I won't have the local forms that each county requires.
In memory of a friend that died, I offer reasonably priced will packages for $150. It incudes a basic will, Medical Power of Attorney, Directive to Physician and Friends (aka Living Will), Future Designation of Guardian, Disposition of Remains, and HIPAA Release.
